Once again, together with our partners in the Dartmoor Alliance, West Webburn Alpacas and Dartmoor Llama Walks we had a great day. Though it was clear from the number of visitors and Trade Stands that the economic crisis has had a downsizing effect, we still had a great day. Alpaca products - in particular - bedsocks! flew off the display as did knitting patterns and balls of 100% alpaca wool. The llamas and alpacas behaved themselves really well and as always proved a great draw, though the number of visitors who enquire how long it will be for the baby llamas (alpacas) to grow to full size is amazing. |
